Accepting these terms
By creating or joining an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits it.
Your account and pairing
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping pairing links and invite codes private. Pair only with a person who has agreed to share a space with you. Do not access, monitor, impersonate, or submit content for another person without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or invite has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Eros Media LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, process, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable technical delay, lawful retention, and shared history retained for the other partner as described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and consent needed to upload content. Do not upload intimate images of another person without their clear consent. Do not upload illegal, exploitative, threatening, abusive, infringing, malicious, or non-consensual content.
Shared-space reality
Content may become visible to the partner you pair with. Screenshots, exports, notifications, and device access can move information outside the app’s controls. Use the service only with someone you trust, review notification previews and widget placement, and protect your device. A relationship ending does not automatically erase the other person’s lawful copy of shared history.
Either member may use Block & end relationship. The action is immediate and does not require the other partner’s approval. It ends live shared access, leaves each member a read-only archive, and prevents those two accounts from pairing with one another again. Blocking does not prevent us from reviewing or removing reported content when required for safety or law.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. The store shows the price and billing period before purchase. Unless the store says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the store account that made the purchase. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Refunds, billing disputes, trials, and cancellation timing are governed by the applicable store’s terms and law.
One entitlement may cover both members of a paired couple while the subscription remains active. We may change features or future pricing with notice required by the store or applicable law. Existing user-created relationship history remains readable after a downgrade.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, scrape content, interfere with another person, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer except where law permits, use the service to stalk or coerce someone, or use another person’s data for advertising, surveillance, or training a model without their authorization.
Report abuse, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, or a compromised shared space through the safety page. We may preserve limited evidence when reasonably necessary to investigate and comply with law.
Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve and export user-created history, but the service may experience interruptions, device limitations, or provider failures. Preview and unavailable-provider states are not promises that paid or cloud functionality is live.
Account suspension and deletion
You may export data and request deletion through the app or web deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, fraud, harm, or legal requirements. Account deletion and retained shared history follow the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The service, software, visual system, and non-user content are owned by Eros Media LLC or its licensors and protected by law. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eros Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, relationship harm, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida law, with venue in Miami-Dade County, Florida, subject to applicable consumer-protection law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction continue to apply. Before filing a formal claim, contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will provide legally required notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
