Fastest path: inside the app

Open Settings → Delete account. Confirm the request to enter a 30-day cancellation window. Ordinary app activity pauses, but you can still export your data, cancel deletion, or sign out.

Request deletion without the app

Email the support address below from an address where we can safely continue the verification process. Include only the name you used in until. and the words “account deletion request.” Do not include your partner’s content, invite code, photographs, payment details, or device token.

What happens next

• We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
• The account enters a 30-day cancellation period.
• You may cancel before the scheduled date.
• After the window, your authentication record, personal profile, presence, invitations, notification registrations, and pending notifications are removed.
• Shared history may remain available to the other partner with your profile removed and attribution replaced by “Former partner.”

Remove shared content for both people

Before deleting your account, use supported delete for both controls for eligible memories or letters you want removed from the shared archive. A general account deletion request does not silently erase the other partner’s copy of shared relationship history.

Subscriptions

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account that purchased it. Contact [email protected] if you need help identifying the correct path.
