Report a safety concern
Email us from an address where we can safely reply. Include the category of concern, the name used on your account, and the minimum detail needed to identify the account or content. Do not forward intimate media in the first message.

- Non-consensual intimate images or other private content.
- Threats, stalking, coercion, harassment, or abusive use of shared features.
- Impersonation, an invite you did not create, or unauthorized account access.
- Content involving a minor.
- Copyright or other legal-rights concerns.
What we do
We verify the report, limit internal access, preserve only evidence reasonably needed for safety or legal obligations, and take proportionate action. That may include restricting access, removing eligible content, preserving an audit record, or responding to lawful requests. We will not promise an outcome before reviewing both the report and the service’s shared-history rules.
Protect your device and account
Keep invite codes private, review notification previews and home-screen widgets, use device authentication, and contact us if a partner or former partner has access you no longer approve. Account export and deletion controls are available in Settings.
End live access
Use Block & end relationship in Settings to stop live shared activity immediately. The other person does not need to approve it. Both accounts retain a read-only archive, and the blocked accounts cannot pair with one another again. This control does not send your private report or reason to the former partner.
Privacy
Safety reports can contain highly sensitive information. Read the Privacy Policy for processing and rights information. Do not use ordinary support email for an emergency.
